Your questions.
Can you put new shingles over the old ones?
We won't. A layover hides the deck, adds weight, and voids most manufacturer warranties. Every Overcast roof is a full tear-off.
How long does a replacement take?
Most single-storey Fort Worth houses take one day. Steep or very large roofs can take two. We'll tell you which before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Not on the roof day. We do need the driveway clear and the garage closed, and we'll text you photos when the last layer goes on.
