Storm mode · on

Storm just hit? Do this first.

  1. Stay off the roof

Wet shingles are slick and damaged decking can give way. Nothing up there is worth a fall.

  2. Photograph from the ground

Dented gutters, vents, AC fins, shingles in the yard, granules at the downspouts. Date-stamped photos help your claim.

  3. Tarp openings only if it's safe

Inside, catch drips and move valuables. Outside, only if you can reach it from the ground. Or call us and we'll tarp it.

  4. Call your insurer, then book an inspection

Report the date of the storm. Our inspection is free and gives you photos and a written report to send them.

Who we are

Overcast Roofing Co. is a fictional business. This site is a design sample made by KT/Studio. There is no real roofer behind it.

The forms are demos

The inspection and estimate forms work like real ones, so you can see how they would feel, but nothing you type is sent or stored. It never leaves your browser: pressing the button only opens the thank-you page. Nobody receives it, not the designer and not any roofer.

What the site stores on your device

Two small notes in your browser's session storage: whether you've seen the opening animation, and whether storm mode is on. Both disappear when you close the tab. No cookies.

Your choices

There is nothing to ask for or delete, as nothing is collected. For questions about this site, contact the studio through the KT/Studio website.
