Storm just hit? Do this first.

  1. Stay off the roof

Wet shingles are slick and damaged decking can give way. Nothing up there is worth a fall.

  2. Photograph from the ground

Dented gutters, vents, AC fins, shingles in the yard, granules at the downspouts. Date-stamped photos help your claim.

  3. Tarp openings only if it's safe

Inside, catch drips and move valuables. Outside, only if you can reach it from the ground. Or call us and we'll tarp it.

  4. Call your insurer, then book an inspection

Report the date of the storm. Our inspection is free and gives you photos and a written report to send them.

Insurance claim documentation · FAQ

Your questions.

Can you handle my insurance claim for me?

No, and any roofer who offers to is breaking Texas law. Only you, a licensed public adjuster or an attorney can negotiate your claim. We give you the evidence.

Can you cover my deductible?

No. Offering to waive, rebate or absorb a deductible is illegal in Texas. If a roofer offers, that tells you something about them.
